Returns
You have 15 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software products.
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines).
- Personal care items (such as hygiene products).
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number, details of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Return Authorization: Wait for a return authorization and further instructions. Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 30 days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your card issuer's policies. Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed by your bank or credit card company after we have issued it.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us at [email protected].
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
